They were added in the expansion pack that was free to download with the patches. Console Commands The colonize command will colonize the currently selected planet for the current local player, colonize I know the control-U works but I haven't used the others. These tiles can be identified by a small colored icon at the bottom of the tile. Tile bonuses are special colony tiles that give bonuses to certain improvements if they are built on the tile.
I did a search on "cheat" and here is what I found. The Ancient Wonder tile bonus, which gives +3 to Influence improvements build on the tile and +1 to any adjacent Tourism improvements.
